Capri heads six possibles for trainer Aidan O'Brien as he goes for an eighth success in the P.W. McGrath Memorial Ballysax Stakes at Leopardstown on Saturday.

The grey won three of his five starts as a juvenile, including the Group 2 Beresford Stakes at the Curragh in September, and wound up with a third place in the Group 1 Grand Criterium de Saint-Cloud.

O'Brien can also choose from Douglas Macarthur, Exemplar, Finn McCool, Wings Of Eagles and Racing Post Trophy runner-up Yucatan in the Group 3 contest over a mile and a quarter.

Jim Bolger, who has won this race on four occasions, has three of the 15 entries in Dubai Sand, Legitimus and Vociferous Marina.

O'Brien is also well represented in the two Guineas Trials on the card.

In the Leopardstown 2000 Guineas Trial Stakes, the Ballydoyle trainer has Orderofthegarter, Peace Envoy, Taj Mahal, War Secretary and Whitecliffsofdover among the 14 entries.

Elizabeth Browning, Hydrangea, Promise To Be True, Rain Goddess and Winter are his five among 19 possibles for the Ballylinch Stud 1000 Guineas Trial Stakes.

Charlie Appleby's Sobetsu and the Richard Fahey-trained Melesina are the two British entries.
