A full-brother to the pattern placed stakes winner Dance Moves, his classic placed, Group 2 winning dam Dance Routine (by Sadler's Wells) is related to many stakes winners, including Group 1 star Spanish Moon (by El Prado).

The Group 1 Longines Hong Kong Mile went to Able Friend (by Shamardal), who was bred by Ramsey Pastoral Co Pty Ltd. The John Moore trained five-year-old was born in Australia, it is his first win at the highest international level, and his dam Ponte Piccolo (by Volksraad) is a mile stakes winning half-sister to the South African Group 1 scorer Global News (by Jetball).

Moore also trains Designs On Rome (by Holy Roman Emperor), the Moyglare Stud-bred four-year-old who narrowly won the Group 1 Longines Hong Kong Cup over 10 furlongs. A half-brother to the pattern winners Simple Exchange (by Danehill) and Sights On Gold (by Indian Ridge), his dam Summer Trysting (by Alleged) comes from the family of the Group 1 Irish Derby hero Grey Swallow (by Daylami).

Rock On Ruby: The 2012 Champion Hurdle hero won the Grade 2 Osborne House Relkeel Hurdle over two miles, four and a half furlongs at Cheltenham on Saturday.

The nine-year-old is trained by Harry Fry, he was bred by John O'Dwyer, and he is a half-brother to the Grade 2 placed triple bumper winner Bluebyyou (by Lake Coniston) and a full-brother to the Grade 2 placed multiple hurdles scorer Alpine Glade (by Oscar). His dam is a half-sister to the talented hurdler Bank View (by Crofter).

The New One: The Nigel-Twiston Davies trained six-year-old notched up the sixth graded success of his career when taking the Grade 2 stanjames.com International Hurdle over two miles, one furlongs at Cheltenham on Saturday. Overall he has won 13 of his 18 starts under National Hunt rules.

He was bred by the partnership of Richard Brown and Ballylinch Stud, he is the first foal out of the blacktype placed hurdler Thuringe (by Turgeon), and he comes from the family of the flat stakes winners Droit Divin (by Diamond Prospect) and Sigmaringen (by Jefferson).

His sire King's Theatre (by Sadler's Wells) stood at Ballylinch Stud, but died in 2011.

Blaklion: Unbeaten in two bumpers, and now winner of three from four over jumps, the Nigel Twiston-Davies trained five-year-old won the Grade 2 Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle (registered as the Bristol Novices' Hurdle) over three miles at Cheltenham on Saturday, his second win at that level.

Peace And Co: Making his British debut, the Nicky Henderson trained three-year-old easily won the Grade 2 bet365 Summit Juvenile Hurdle over two miles, 110 yards at Doncaster on Saturday.

He was bred, in France, by the partnership of Scuderia Bolgheri and Ecurie D, he is out of Peace Lina (by Linamix), and he is a full-brother to the Listed placed dual French hurdles scorer Piccolino.

His classic winning sire Falco (by Pivotal) stands at Haras d'Etreham, his dam is a half-sister to the mile Group 2 scorer Peace Burg (by Sageburg), and his grandam is a half-sister to the Group 1 star and notably successful sire Pistolet Bleu (by Top Ville).

Mastercraftsman: Coolmore Stud's Group 1 star and second crop sire notched up his tenth individual stakes winner when Choice won the Group 3 Lawnmaster Eulogy Stakes over a mile at Awapuni, in New Zealand, on Saturday.

The Robert Patterson trained three-year-old is owned and bred by Stephanie Hole, she is out of Femme Britannia (by Encosta De Lago), and she comes from a branch of the family that goes back to Group 1 stars such as Gildoran (by Rheingold), Durtal (by Lyphard), Detroit (by Riverman), and Carnegie (by Sadler's Wells).

Niceonefrankie: An eight-year-old son of Ishiguru (by Danzig), a former Tweenhills Farm & Stud sire who died, aged 11, in 2009, Niceonefrankie won the Grade 3 Caspian Caviar Gold Cup over two miles, five furlongs at Cheltenham on Saturday.

He is trained by Venetia Williams, was bred by Mrs M E Jones, and he is the first foal out of Chesnut Ripple (by Cosmonaut). He comes from the family of the sprint star Cadeaux Genereux (by Young Generation) and also from the family of Desert Sun (by Green Desert), both Group 1 sires at stud.

Lite Duties: The Danzig (by Northern Dancer) sire line also struck when Lite Duties won the Grade B Tara Handicap Hurdle over two and a half miles at Navan on Sunday, a third win in a row for the Charles Byrnes trained five-year-old.

He was bred by Denis Barry, he is out of a mare called Kill Bill (by Warcraft), and he comes from the first crop of the Group 1 winning Beeches Stud stallion Mountain High (by Danehill).

His third dam is the Thyestes Chase heroine Tarthistle (by Tarqogan), and so the blacktype winners in his family include the multiple Grade 2 winning hurdler, and Listed chase scorer Restless Harry (by Sir Harry Lewis).

No More Heroes: A son of Glenview Stud's multiple champion sire Presenting (by Mtoto), the Gordon Elliott trained five-year-old won the Grade 2 Navan Novice Hurdle at Navan on Sunday, his fourth win from five starts under National Hunt rules.

Mount Colah: The Jerry Cosgrave trained eight-year-old became the latest blacktype scorer for the late Knockhouse Stud champion sire Beneficial (by Top Ville) when taking the Grade C Foxrock Handicap Chase over two and a half miles at Navan on Sunday.

He was bred by William O'Keeffe, he is out of Lady Newmill (by Taipan), and that mare is an unraced half-sister to the Grade 1 Champion Chase (Cheltenham and Punchestown) hero Newmill (by Norwich). This is the family of the 1973 Gold Cup star The Dikler (by Vulgan).

Bordini: The Willie Mullins trained four-year-old won the Listed 'Future Champions' INH Flat Race over two miles at Navan on Sunday, and is now unbeaten in two starts.

He was bred by James Dunne, born in France, and he is the first foal out of Didinas (by Kaldou Star), an unraced half-sister to the Grade 3 winning French hurdler, and notably successful broodmare Dindounas (by Astarabad).

She is the dam of the dual French Grade 1 winning hurdles star Hippomene (by Dream Well), and of the Grade 2 winning French novice chaser Sanouva (by Muhtathir), and her three-year-old is the Listed hurdles scorer Nicknos (by Nickname).
