RORY Mahon was overlooked last week when I incorrectly attributed the co-breeding of Chindit (Wootton Bassett) to bloodstock agent Ryan Mahon. The lesson learned is not to believe anything you read on Twitter!

The unbeaten Ascot listed winning juvenile is recorded as bred by J C Bloodstock and R Mahon, but I was not the only one to wrongly believe the R stood for Ryan. Excuses over, well done to Rory on being part of the partnership and he, Tess, Barry and family have a smart juvenile to follow in the months ahead.
