THE early demise of the dual Group 1 winning sprinter Society Rock (Rock Of Gibraltar) was a blow to Tally-Ho Stud, and especially after just three seasons at stud.

His death was even harder to take when his first crop included the Group 1 Prix Morny winner Unfortunately, the second featured The Mackem Bullet, a Grade 2 winner who came so close to winning the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes, and his final crop had as its star the Royal Ascot Group 2 winner A’Ali.
