How did you get involved in the industry?

William Henley, my father, trained and bred horses throughout my childhood. I am from a family of 11 so we were all involved in the business at some point growing up. My brother Peader used to train on the Curragh while another brother of mine, James, used to ride quite a lot for Paddy Sleator. I also rode in a couple of bumpers. My father always stood stallions and we were lucky enough to have had some great sires over the years including Golden Vision, Straight Lad and Archive, who was the sire of Arkle.
