RACING Victoria stewards have laid three charges on leading Melbourne trainer Peter Moody relating to the administration of cobalt following a month long investigation into the elevated levels returned by Lidari when running second in the Group 1 Turnbull Stakes last October.

Lidari’s first sample was 380 micrograms of cobalt per litre of urine in one test and 410mcg/L in a second, with the allowed threshold at 200mcg/L.
