THE Darryl Hansen-trained Le Chef served up a prized win in the A$2 million Magic Millions 2YO Classic for the 44-year-old Caloundra-based trainer at the Gold Coast last Saturday. Ridden by star Brisbane apprentice Luke Tarrant, Le Chef challenged for the lead on the turn before breaking clear in the final 50 metres to win by three-quarters of a length from the Court Command filly Pepperano and the Not a Single Doubt filly Single Gaze.
