ONLY a handful of stallions by the legendary sire Quidam De Revel are standing in Ireland for 2019. One such horse, Carrick Quidam De Revel, is unique in that he carries traditional Irish – and performance – bloodlines (Flagmount Diamond/Clover Hill) on his dam side, making him an interesting choice for breeders this season.

Bred by Tom Jones at Greaghwillan Stud in Co Monaghan, the seven-year-old 17.1hh bay is unbroken, but has shown the ability to jump at home. He boasts an exceptionally quiet temperament, and has passed this trait on to his progeny, the eldest of which are now four.
