FOLLOWING its absence in 2021, Balmoral Show (May 11th - 14th) is delighted to offer a full complement of show jumping championships including the highly anticipated international schedule.
In total, there will be six international competitions boasting a prize fund of over £40,000 running from Wednesday to Friday during show days. Competitions include the TopSpec International Speed, the Holmstead Saddlery International Stakes, the Rydale International Speed Challenge, the Connolly’s Red Mills International Spectacular, the International Accumulator and the Bottlegreen & Horse Sport Ireland International Grand Prix.
Entries are now open and must be submitted through the FEI Online invitation system.
Vickie White, RUAS, said: “The Balmoral Show is thrilled to welcome back International Show Jumping to the 2022 line-up. Our International Show Jumping offering has the generous backing from TopSpec, Holmstead Saddlery, Rydale, Connolly’s Red Mills, Bottle Green and Horse Sport Ireland offering a combined prize fund of over £40,000. The Show would like to thank our sponsors for their continued support and we are delighted to have them all back on board in 2022.
“The Show looks forward to welcoming many of the leading riders and horses from Ireland, the UK and farther afield for what is set to be three fantastic days of CSI2* International competitions, culminating with Longines Ranking and the International Grand Prix in the Main Arena on Friday, May 13th. The Main Arena is a world-class grass arena and will provide a great opportunity for spectators to enjoy international Show Jumping at Balmoral Park.”
