Bourns fifth

Andrew Bourns continued to clock up some impressive results in Canada last weekend, finishing in the top 10 in the Grand Prix. First to go in the five-way jump-off with Casper 16, Bourns kept his foot to the floor but it came at a price as he faulted at the second fence, pushing him down to fifth place. Returning with Chacco’s Goldy, he also incurred four faults, albeit in a faster time, to fionish for eventual fourth. Using his late draw to his best advantage, Canada’s Ian Millar riding Star Power delivered a clear in to take the win.
