SATURDAY’S four-year-old final at the Cavan Winter Festival was judged by Vincent Byrne, Jake Hunter and Francis Connors, who chose their favourite from the 30 finalists that lined out over the 1.10m track.

Ivor Broderick’s Dutch-bred mare KMS Rozemarijn, by Carrera Vdl out of Klavertje by Baltic Vdl, came out on top when guided to the win on a massive score of 200.33, almost eight points higher than her closest rival, by Olive Clarke from Four Seasons Stables.
