Shane Treanor aboard the Malcolm Keys-owned six-year-old Killadeas Dan took the runner-up spot with a clear in 32.77.

Keen to make his mark in the national arenas, Sven Hadley and Guy Gano took third, with a clear in 35.43, ahead of Derek Shaw and VSM Dallance Cruise, clear in 37.64. Amateur rider Fiona Mullins and Coded Whisper slotted into fifth with a clear in 38.68, while in sixth was amateur rider, Olwyn Alexander (AA) and Faline, clear in 40.28.
