A FEW riders at Tullylish on Tuesday chopped and changed between the event horse qualifiers and the newly-introduced working hunter qualifiers, one of whom - Co Down’s Jackson Laing - managed to ride a winner under both codes.
His willing partner on 310 points in Section A of the Junior/Young Rider event horse class was Natasha McCarthy’s seven-year-old Irish Sport Horse mare Desdemona (Cormint - Titania B, by Ramiro B), on whom he finished sixth of 20 in the EI100 at Glenpatrick on Saturday.
