TOMORROW (Easter Sunday) is a double bonus for breeders attending the Irish Draught Horse Breeders’ Association (IDHBA) stallion parade at Mullingar EC. The proactive Westmeath Offaly branch, hosting the parade, has now teamed up with the Midland Connemara Pony Breeders for a day of Irish Draught and Connemara stallion viewing.

The free admission event starts at noon and an added bonus is another of the host branch’s trademark raffles. Several of the overseas Draught enthusiasts at the Horse Sport Ireland stallion inspections at Cavan last week stayed on for an Irish break and have pencilled in the IDHBA/Midland Connemara stallion parade.
