WHILE some riders took advantage of the EI105 class at Lisgarvan to prepare for classes running at the same level during Ballindenisk’s Autumn International this weekend, others made use of the combined training on offer to practice their FEI dressage tests. Phonsie Wardell emerged the winner at EI110 level, show jumping clear with his Connemara gelding Oxview Jasper to finish on his dressage score of 32.6, ahead of his appearance in the CCI2*-L. Alison Holden and Lates Eddie are set to contest the TRM CCI3*-S in Ballindenisk, and they concluded their preparations by winning the EI115 combined training class on their Paula Geiger-awarded dressage score of 26.8.
