THE Connemara Pony Breeders’ Society (CPBS) has hit back at what it says are “false” claims circulating about the status of the showgrounds in Clifden.
It follows a letter sent to the CPBS president Daragh O’Tuairisg this week formally apprising him of a petition to have changes made to the inspections process reversed, as well as other concerns around the 2025 Connemara Pony Show entity, the involvement of Horse Sport Ireland at inspections and the status of the society’s showgrounds.
