A CONSTANT in eventing from the Under 12s competition at the recent Irish Pony Club championships through to the CCI4*-L at Millstreet the same weekend was the sponsorship by Connolly’s Red Mills subsidiary, Carr Day & Martin, of the best turned-out awards.

The equine care firm also sponsored the turn-out awards for all 13 titles contested during last weekend’s Horse Sport Ireland/Eventing Ireland national championships at Lisgarvan House where the winning riders and their mounts – as chosen in the high-graded classes by Lauren Cushe of Connolly’s Red Mills and, in the lower, by Clare Abbott – were as follows:-

Clare Abbott on DHI No Fear (EI120), Nicola Ennis on Dawn Arrival (EI115 (Open)), Sarah Wardell on Whydah (EI110), Niamh Kirwan on Global Javall Gold (EI110 (J)), Kate Fahey on I Can’t Believe It (EI110 (P)), Noelle Reidy on Ballinhassig (EI110 (A)), Carina Crowley on Lady Renaniree (EI100 (A)), Hannah Willis on Mr Beau Beaut (EI110 (P)), Isabella Gogan on Aughabeg Dew (EI100 (J)), Louise Bloomer on Hollybrook High Maintenance (EI100), Anthony Kenna on Downstairs (EI90 (A)), Gemma Esler on Punters Dream (EI90) and Jennifer Gilchrist on Lackaghmore Vandango (EI90 (P)).
