THERE were some classy performances, by humans as well as by horses, at Fairyhouse on Easter Monday, and one that most definitely should not be overlooked came in the concluding Weatherbys Ireland GSB Flat Race.

The winner, Anibale Fly, ran the two miles around five seconds faster than did 133-rated hurdler Buiseness Sivola and more than 10 seconds faster than did 142-rated hurdler Sempre Medici earlier on the card, despite carrying more weight than either of those more-experienced horses.
