A superb final catalogue of 21 high-end pointers will be offered at this Saturday’s Coral Gold Cup Sale by Goffs which will be held after racing at Newbury Racecourse.

The sale will be held in the winners’ enclosure following the Coral Gold Cup meeting – an annual highlight of the autumn racing calendar which attracts the leading owners and trainers every year. A concise, select group of horses have been catalogued and the initial 11 entries, which were released last week, have been added to following a weekend of Irish pointing at Boulta, Lingstown and Moig South.

• First Confession (4YO G by Affinisea), winner of his debut PTP for John Flavin at Moig South.

• Presenting Doy (4YO F by Doyen), winner of her most recent PTP for Denis Murphy at Lingstown.

• Big Stage (5YO G by Walk In The Park), winner of his debut PTP for Gordon Elliott at Tinahely.

• Rockvale (4YO G by El Salvador), placed second on his debut PTP for Derek O’Connor at Lisronagh.

• My Forever Annie (4YO F by Champs Elysees), winner of her debut PTP for Patrick Turley at Lingstown.

• Mulinas (4YO G by Malinas), winner of his debut PTP for Jonathan Fogarty at Boulta.

• The Bluesman (4YO G by Crillon), placed third on his debut PTP for Denis Murphy at Dromahane.

• General Briar (4YO G by Soldier Of Fortune), placed second to First Confession on his most recent PTP for Paurick O’Connor at Moig South.

• Sawdust (5YO G by Leading Light), the five-length winner of his debut PTP for Stuart Crawford at Lingstown.

• Railway Bell (4YO F by Mahler), placed a short head second to My Forever Annie on her most recent PTP for Robert James at Lingstown.

Catalogues for the Coral Gold Cup Sale by Goffs will be available at Newbury Racecourse. Inspections will commence this Friday 1 December and the showing area will be located immediately opposite the racecourse stables. The sale will be held in the winners’ enclosure shortly after the last race on Saturday 2 December.
