Tom Marquand, Hollie Doyle and Clifford Lee will be riding at Naas on Wednesday evening.

The seven-race card features two listed races, the Arqana Irish EBF Marwell Stakes and the Yeomanstown Stud Irish EBF Stakes.

The Marwell Stakes is over five furlongs for two-year-old fillies with a prize fund of €50,000. The international appeal of the contest is highlighted by the presence of four British-trained runners, while there is one British runner in the Yeomanstown Stud Irish EBF Stakes over six furlongs for three-year-olds and upwards.

The home challenge in the Marwell Stakes is led by Cardiff By The Sea, trained by Fozzy Stack, who ran a creditable fourth at Ascot on her most recent start; Havana Anna, an impressive debut winner at Naas earlier this month and Ipanema Queen, an eye-catching maiden winner at the Curragh earlier in the season.

Later in the evening, the spotlight turns to the Yeomanstown Stud Irish EBF Stakes for older fillies and mares, also carrying a prize fund of €50,000. The race has attracted a high-quality field, including another strong British challenger in Sky Majesty, who arrives as the highest-rated runner in the line-up. Leading the home team is trainer Paddy Twomey, who saddles two in-form contenders, Super Sox and Bonus Time, both of whom have been consistently in the frame and look set to be highly competitive once again.

There will also be entertainment from popular band Spring Break.

General Manager of Naas Racecourse, Aidan McGarry, commented: “We’re looking forward to Wednesday’s meeting, which marks the final evening of our Summer Season. There’s a strong card of competitive racing instore and great to see so many UK contenders making the trip over. We would like to thank all our sponsors for their continued support. We’re expecting a brilliant evening both on and off the track.”
