JOSEPH O’Brien’s Top Moon served notice that he could be a force to be reckoned with in some quality handicaps in the coming months as he ran out quite a cosy winner of the Good Enuf To Eat Catering Handicap Chase.

The J.P. McManus-owned gelding had struggled somewhat to produce his best over fences but occasional flashes, such as his second in a €100,000 event at the Dublin Racing Festival, offered hope and this was a heartening effort with regard to his future prospects.
