EQUINE physiotherapist Sharon Kelly will be at the Route Hunt point-to-point this afternoon in Portrush where Bobowen, who she owns in partnership with trainer Caroline McCaldin, is one of 10 entries in the Royal Court Hotel open.

The 11-year-old Bob Back gelding was third of three finishers at Loughanmore earlier in the month but Sharon is hoping for a much improved performance on this occasion. He won’t find this task anyway easier though as also entered are Sabremont, who finished second at the East Antrim fixture, and Sizing Coal who is returning to the point-to-point sphere for the first time since landing his maiden at Borris House in March 2013.
