MAURICE McCarthy is a regular on the charity race scene as he has taken part in almost 50 races here and in the UK. Remarkably, Maurice has raised well over £200,000 for various charities over the years through participation in such races and he is delighted to be finally riding in the 2019 Corinthian Challenge Charity Race Series in aid of Irish Injured Jockeys.
The charity race specialist from Lancashire in the United Kingdom said “I love race riding and raising money for so many charities is fantastic. I hope that I will leave a
legacy for many to follow
by riding in the series
and I hope I will help to
make the event a massive success.”
