Racing career: Allesnick ran 10 times on the flat in 2022-’23. He finished fourth at Galway in a two-year-old maiden and fifth in a Sligo handicap at three.

Second career: Olivia Kelly was given Allesnick as a three-year-old and, after the horse had some time off, she began retraining him. They enjoyed good days out showing last year, including when winning a working hunter class at Kilbride Show. They ended last year on a high when winning the Thoroughbred Starfinder Class at the Treo Eile Christmas Show as well as taking home the highest placed U18 rider prize in the Thoroughbred Discovery Class.
