THE ITBA team are rooting for Shane O’Dwyer as he prepares to take part on the 2017 Cross Rugby Legends Charity Cycle in memory of his son Cillian who lost his battle with cancer in 2011. This year’s cycle will cover 580km from Sneem to Galway from tomorrow, September 3rd-7th. The cycle provides badly needed funds for cancer research and supports the sterling work of Professor John Reynolds and his team in St James Hospital and Trinity College.

The cycle has identified the Automated Cancer Tissue Staining Machine as a fund raising target for 2017. All contributions are greatly appreciated. Those wishing to make a donation can log on to https://give.everydayhero.com/ie/cross-rugbgy-legends-cycle.
