NAVAN'S Troytown Chase emerged as a likely target for A Genie In Abottle after Noel Meade's charge made a successful reappearance at Galway.

The Gigginstown House Stud-owned six-year-old showed some high-class form as a novice over fences last season, most notably finishing fifth when favourite for the National Hunt Chase at the Cheltenham Festival before placing third behind stablemate Disko in the Champion Novice Chase at Punchestown.
