ARMAGH trainer Ronan McNally played the dutiful husband last weekend as he accompanied his wife Sheena down to Eventing Ireland’s National Championships at Kilguilkey House near Mallow where, following two days’ action, she and her 11-year-old bay cob Pegasus finished ninth of 24, on their dressage score, in the EI100 Amateur Championship.

The couple were accompanied by younger son Kian who, as soon as he could, made a beeline for the Hoofprints Innovations stand.
