SUNDAY’s penultimate qualifier for this year’s Connolly Red Mills eventing championships was hosted by the Island Branch who saw a large crowd descend on Rosanna in Co Wicklow.

There were five starters in the Open where the easy winner was Kildare’s Emma Osborne riding her aunt Wendy O’Leary’s 16-year-old Puissance gelding Silver Brog on whom she competed in the CCI2*-S at the Kilguilkey international in late June.
