MAYO’s Cameron Hanley enjoyed a good week at the five-star show in Bordeaux when placing in the top 10 in both the Longines FEI World Cup qualifier and the 1.60m Land Rover Grand Prix with Eis Isaura.

Hanley finished eighth in Saturday night’s World Cup qualifier when 10 of the 38 starters made it through to the competitive jump-off. Uliano Vezzani’s track asked plenty of questions in the timed round and Hanley faulted at the penultimate fence with the 10-year-old mare by Tinka’s Boy who is owned by Equi Invest Showjumping.
