SMADYNIUM regained the winning thread with a sparkling display from the front in the Club Stand Restaurant Handicap Chase at Clonmel.

The Shark Hanlon-trained grey's hat-trick bid came up just short at Thurles last week but he was able to compete here from the same mark and took full advantage, stretching eight lengths clear of Simple Steps under a positive Rachael Blackmore ride.
