ADULT riders filled the top two places in the EquiJump pony class at Wexford Equestrian on Wednesday with Co Waterford’s Pauline Dahill claiming the honours ahead of last week’s winner, Christine O’Donnell.

Both were mounted on dun Connemara geldings, Dahill, who topped the jumping scores (134.5), winning on a total of 189.5 with the four-year-old Dara Dun, while O’Donnell, who led after dressage (55.5), finished second with the year-older Woody Sammy (183.5). Adding a splash of colour to proceedings, 14-year-old Grace Scully was third on the seven-year-old skewbald mare, Coolys Pick And Mix (182.5).
