A SIGNIFICANT drop in class enabled the talented Order Of Australia to get off the mark in the 10-furlong conditions race but Aidan O’Brien’s charge still had to fight hard to open his account at the expense of the useful Bolivar.

The 10/11 favourite lined up off just four previous runs and two of those had come at the highest level with the first of them yielding a fine fourth in the Irish Derby. He then finished seventh in the Prix du Jockey Club.
