PROOF that dreams really can come true took place right before our eyes in Rotterdam this week when the Irish dressage team of Judy Reynolds, Anna Merveldt, Heike Holstein and Kate Dwyer blew the entire country away when snatching a well-earned team qualification place at next year’s Olympic Games.

It’s truly historic – the first time that an Irish dressage team has ever qualified for an Olympic Games. This brave Irish team are on their way to the Land of the Rising Sun next year – itself a great omen with dressage in Ireland also enjoying unparalleled popularity as a discipline that can be embraced by all ages and abilities on any horse or pony.
