EXCITEMENT is now gearing up for the All Ireland Carriage Driving Championships at Tynan Abbey on August 17th–18th. Last weekend saw the Northern Ireland Carriage Driving Association Ltd host its annual Club Championships on the farm of David and Sharon Scott at Terryglassog.

It stated early on Saturday with the dressage phase being judged by British Carriage Driving accredited judges, Ivor Harper and Mary Bryson, who oversaw competitors in all classes showing their ability and training in the various levels of dressage tests. Both judges were impressed with the standard of competition from all competitors awarded their marks accordingly.
