HENRY Candy has trained some very talented sprinters over the past few years and has another in Twilight Son, who landed the Group 1 Betfred Sprint Cup at Haydock on Saturday.

Always prominent, the Kyllachy colt just held the late challenge of Strath Burn by a short-head with Stewards’ Cup winner Magical Memory, also trained by Charlie Hills, three-quarters of a length away in third. Then came last year’s winner G Force.
