TATTERSALLS Cheltenham have revealed 18 early entries for their January Sale, which takes place after racing on Festival Trials Day on Saturday, January 24th. With further entries still due from this weekend’s racing and point-to-points, 15 of the preliminary lots have won or placed on debut.
They include well-related five-year-old Azlad, who made a winning debut last month in a maiden at Alnwick. By Linda’s Lad and out of a Grade 2-placed mare, he is consigned by Gina and Tom Ellis’ G&T Racing, who sold Deafening Silence at the 2022 renewal for £40,000.
