LOS Angeles will stand at a fee of €7,500 for his first season at stud under the Coolmore NH banner.

The multiple Group 1 winner is one of 15 stallions on the Coolmore NH roster which includes Kyprios, although a fee and stud location for that horse, the most prolific Group 1 winner ever trained at Ballydoyle, has yet to be confirmed.

Los Angeles, a Group 1 winner at two, three and four by Camelot, and placed in both the Epsom Derby and the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, is new to Castlehyde Stud, where he will stand at a fee of €7,500.

“He’s an exceptional physical with great bone and depth,” said Cathal Murphy of Castlehyde Stud.

“He brings classic performance and stamina from the Montjeu sireline of leading National Hunt influences Walk In The Park and Authorized.”

Maxios and Getaway, both by Monsun, have had their fees increased slightly.

Maxios is the sire of Gaelic Warrior while Getaway finished second in the sires’ table and his recent top performers include Listentoyourheart and Blaze The Way.
