KILLCARRICK Riding Club hosted the final leg of the spring dressage league on a gloriously sunny last Sunday at Redhills Stud, by kind permission of Carl and Jenny Heffernan.

The highest score of the day went to host club member and show organiser Trish McGlynn. Her test in the intermediate class was a pleasure to watch according to judge Pat Creighton, who awarded an impressive 79.52%. McGlynn was riding her home-bred mare Salalah Princess Khareef. The collective marks split second and third and it was Tara-Louise Creighton of Rathangan RC on Zee who just pipped Anna-Marie Curry on Pixie (Dunbyrne RC) to take second. Both scored 73.33%.
