KILLINCHY’s Emily McGowan paid a rewarding visit to Tattersalls Ireland last weekend with Tullaree Fear Bui, winning the working hunter championship on Saturday at the July Show before landing the open ridden Connemara class at the Irish Pony Society regional show on Sunday.

On Saturday, McGowan first won the opening working show horse class with the six-year-old Templebready Fear Bui gelding who was bred by Clive Swindell out of the Dunlewey Rigmarole mare Tullaree Silver. Tullaree Fear Bui has qualified for the younger Connemara performance hunter championship at the Dublin Horse Show where he will also compete in a flat class.
