HARZAND will stand at a fee of €15,000 for his first season at Gilltown Stud next year.

The dual Derby winner will stand alongside his own sire Sea The Stars and that horse’s half-brother Born To Sea at the Aga Khan’s Co Kildare stud.

Sea The Stars will remain at €125,000 after another successful season for his progeny on the track. He was represented by 10 further stakes winners this year. As well as Harzand, they included Zelzal, who won the Group 1 Prix Jean Prat over a mile in record time.

His younger brother Born To Sea, the son of Invincible Spirit whose first crop this year included Group 3 winner Sea Of Grace, remains at €10,000.

In France, the Aga Khan will stand Siyouni (€45,000), Sinndar (€3,500) and new recruit Dariyan (€8,000).
