THE My Lovely Horse Rescue are appealing to anyone who knows the whereabouts of a missing 11hh skewbald mare, who was sold by their adopter in February or March 2020, to get in touch.

In a renewed appeal this week, MLHR outlined the six-year-old mare, named Georgia, was adopted in February 2020 by a man living in Co Tipperary, but he then broke the adoption contract and she was sold within a few weeks, after being advertised on Done Deal.

MLHR believe Georgia may have been sold to Mayo or another person in Tipperary. The mare is microchipped with a MLHR passport and the charity is appealing to anyone who knows her whereabouts to get in touch.

A spokesperson said: “Whoever has Georgia won’t know what has happened – they are not in trouble. We need to know she is safe and cared for but also we need whoever may have her to know she is an MLHR pony.”

Any information can be sent through the MLHR Facebook or Instagram pages, or you can email info@mylovelyhorserescue.com.
