INJURED rider Jonty Evans is continuing to make good strides in his recovery and updated his social media followers this week with a video of him running on an anti-gravity treadmill.
The Olympian appears to be making remarkable progress following a fall he sustained at Tattersalls CIC3* in June. He has been has been undergoing intensive rehabilitation and occupational therapy at Oaksey House, part of the Injured Jockeys Fund, in Newmarket. Jonty is receiving continued support from the David Foster Injured Riders Fund since his fall.
Evans posted the first update of his progress on October 20th with photos and videos of him swimming and cycling. Five days later he was back in the saddle, albeit on a mechanical horse, and that video was viewed over 140,000 by his delighted fans. He continues to thank his family and friends for the support.
