Power wins Star award

MANY congratulations to talented Waterford show jumping rider Katie Power (15), winner of the Gain Equine Nutrition/The Irish Field Star of the Month award for January 2019. Katie and Ghost Rider won the FEI Pony Jumping Trophy Final at five-star Mechelen, Belgium, in December. Well done Katie!

Lynch honoured

AUTHOR, poet, breeder, farmer, houndsman and huntsman, the late Stanislaus Lynch, was honoured at a packed event on Thursday evening in Cavan County Museum in his native Ballyjamesduff.
