DUBLIN-based Emma Golding was going all out this week at the World Para Driving Championships at Kronenberg, The Netherlands, where the opening ceremony at Toverland proved quite spectacular.

Golding (36) and her Irish-bred pony Barnlough Lilly (18), along with groom Jasmind Doyle (20) were flying the tricolour at the Dutch event and were accompanied by the international support crew of ground groom: Gerard de Lange (NL); logistics manager Alfie Budd (GBR); chef d’equipe Sara Mullins (IRE) and team trainer Wilf Bowman-Ripley (GBR).

Back home, there was huge interest among Emma’s friends, supporters and work colleagues from Emma’s job as Section Administrator for Equine Clinical Studies at UCD’s Veterinary School,

Sponsorship and support came from many quarters but Emma would like to thank in particular: Irish Ferries, Horse Sport Ireland, Horseware Ireland, Equiline and UCD.
