Donahue second

DUBLINER Hilda Hick Donahue has taken the number two spot in the official FEI World Endurance Rider Rankings, a jump of two places since last month.

Donahue, a three-day event rider who switched to endurance riding, is now based in Florida, where she teams up with the current world number one endurance rider, the USA’s Cheryl van Deusen.

The FEI Endurance rankings include over 2,000 international riders.

The Irish rider has been consistently in the top 10 of endurance competitions in which she has competed throughout 2015, and in her previous discipline of eventing also represented Ireland.
