KILDARE dressage rider Judy Reynolds and Vancouver K finished 10th in Sunday’s World Cup Freestyle to Music Grand Prix at Neümuenster in Germany, the seventh leg of the Western European League. The Rio Olympian produced a score of 73.275% with the Joe and Kathleen Reynolds-owned gelding, in a competition which saw a tightly-packed final leader board where the fifth to 10th place riders were separated by less than one percentage point.

German world number one Isabell Werth took the winner’s trophy aboard Don Johnson FRH with a score of 82.455%. Reynolds and Vancouver K had earlier scored a fourth place finish in Saturday’s World Cup Qualifier at the same venue, which was also won by Werth and Don Johnson FRH.

Reynolds and Vancouver K now sit in fifth place overall on the World Cup league table after seven of the nine rounds have been completed. The top nine riders from the Western European League will qualify for the World Cup final which takes place at Omaha in the USA towards the end of March.
