GALWAY’s Sven Hadley racked up a series of top placings in the one and two-star show at Dunkerque, France. Hadley got the ball rolling early on the first day when third in the CSI2* 1.25m. Riding Sumas Taloubet, he was a second off the winner Nicolas Houzelle (Tzigane De Pascre) when he crossed the line in 24.60.
In the next class, the CSI1* 1.10m, Hadley went one better when runner-up with Rockstown Park, clear in 45.64.
He also took seventh with VVood Stock De Breve in the one-star 1.20m, clear in 25.89, while in the 1.20m Jumping and Drive class, he took third with Victoria Z. Later in the day, he finished 12th in the CSI2* 1.40 aboard Sumas Taloubet, clear in 35.
In the CSI2*, Frank Curran was in the line-up as he partnered Elamo Luz Like A Real One to a clear in 27.36 in the 1.30m class for sixth.
Last Sunday, Hadley was also in the placings when taking sixth in the CSI1* 1.15m class with Ganorad, clear in 28.52, while in the 1.35m, he also took sixth with VVood Stock De Breve.
