HIGH fives, good vibes and winners on the rise was the theme at Showjumping Ireland’s epic Equijump Spring Tour Final held at Mullingar last weekend. The day started off with a blanket of fog over the two fantastic arenas at Mullingar Equestrian and lifted just in time for the first competitors to go through the start beams to kick off a thrilling day of jumping.

There was a lot at stake going into the finals as many competitors were very close for points to decide the winners of the tour where one pole down or a slow jump-off meant they were on or off the podium. The podium was a focal point for the day with phenomenal rosettes presented by Reece St John from Equijump with goodie bags and the all-important kids’ champagne for the celebration spray.
The final brought many exciting and courageous moments by the competitive riders and ponies all riding to secure their spot in the podium.
