THE SJI National Pony Committee and Flexi Equine 138cm 80cm final took place in the Forever Equestrian Arena 2, with 38 going to post. Winner of the Leinster final the week before in Barnadown, Alexandra Vambeck (Leinster) continued her good form, as she took the win with Flight Of Earls Wagtail with a clear in 22.40. Molly McLaughlin (Ulster) riding DML Speedy Fegan took second with a clear in 23.49, followed by Lily Kelly (Leinster) and Shorty Boy, clear in 23.61.

Connaught took the win in the 138cm 90cm final, as Niamh Delaney and Rhos Enterprise galloped home with nothing to add in 29.91. Leinster’s Alice Harten and Mysterious Mandy took second, when she stopped the clock in 30.63, while Munster’s Nessa Goff and Nells Baby took third with a clear in 30.74.

Winner of the 138cm 1m final was the Connaught region again, as Sonny McGovern and Q-Star MLH lodged the winning round of clear in 31.16. Ulster took the runner-up spot, as Miley Rouke and Two Socks ID was fractions behind, clear in 31.22. Taking the last place on the podium was Amber Tobin and Harry Finn with a clear in 31.33.

Munster claimed the 138cm 1.10m final, as Lucia Keane and Knud Van Orchid’S was fastest of nine double clears in 27.17. Leinster occupied the next two placings, with Rachel Sheehan and Cuffesgrange In It to Win It coming home in 27.95, while in third was Ciara Sarsfield and Tempest Glenville in a time of 29.86.
