HOT on the heels of Thursday night’s Elite Foal sale, the team at Cavan will be back in action next week when they host a two-day edition of youngstock and Irish Draughts.
Kicking off on Thursday, the renewal opens with a very stout catalogue of sport horse foals, which also includes a few yearlings, two-year-olds and broodmares. Among the latter are three exceptionally well-bred mares, all of whom carry contemporary top-drawer show jumping and eventing pedigrees.
The standout section of the day will be a special Winter Collection of 30 well-related foals, chosen for their pedigrees and suitability for sport. There are numerous eye-catchers featuring among these, most notably offspring of Rodrigo Pessoa’s 1.60m mare Tinkabell 12.
Bringing the week to a close, Friday focuses on a 113-strong selection of Irish Draught youngstock, broodmares and riding horses.
